In our efforts to
accomplish this achievable goal we have installed several
intensive training programs. From the fundamental sales
program to the advanced CSI program, this process
is a continual progressive system. We have taken that
commitment and escalated it to the ultimate goal of 100%
The Fundamental Sales program covers the entire sales
process. From the greeting of the customer to the delivery
of the vehicle.
In the fundamental sales program any employee hired for
sales (regardless of their experience) must complete this 40
hour 1 week course. After which they must work with an
experienced salesperson that has successfully completed all
the required curriculum. During that week they are required
to attend "question and answer" training to
complete the process. After one week of shadowing that
person, they are then able to work independently. The
training is reduced to 45min a day, Monday through Thursday
for the remainder of their employment at the sales position.
The Advanced CSI program is a mandatory 1 day a week 13
week course that all Vista Motors employees must attend.
This advanced program gives all our employees a better
understanding of what customer service is and how to better
handle service related issues. With our entire workforce
properly educated in the art of Customer Service, we at
Vista Motors feel we have done our best to provide you with

data and communications systems. We incorporate the latest
in technology to expedite in a thorough manner all customer
related services. Our advanced phone and voicemail system
gives the caller complete control on how their call
is handled. Our highly trained operators connect your call
quickly and courteously leaving a brief or null hold time. We
spared no expense in this area.
In recognition of this powerful tool, we recently launched our
newly reconstructed Internet Automotive Services web
site. This monolithic site is information rich, easy to
navigate, and full of customer related features. It is a
constant work in progress as we update our site weekly with
special events, current information and web technology. All
submitted forms are handled by an Internet operator who
immediately passes the information to the appropriate
representative (during regular business hours). This insures
your inquiries are responded to promptly.
